A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.

Then our mouth was filled with laughter, and our tongue with shouts of joy; then they said among the nations, “The Lord has done great things for them.”

A smile, a laughter, that anyone experiences within oneself or from others is a release of positive energy and at the same to receive also the positive energy. These positive energy no matter how brief or small in quantity adds very valuable time to our lives and so again this is a MIRACLE, for not all are able to laugh or smile or even feel happiness for different reasons. And if you are able to smile at people, laugh at jokes or be simply happy with contentment of heart, then you are adding precious seconds to your life. And we all know that only GOD gives LIFE and so as we are gifted with smiles and laughter in our lives GOD is performing His Miracle for us and thru us. Amen.
